Esam Abou Nahlah, DDS, MS, AFAAID, FICOI, FACP, is a board-certified prosthodontist at Dental Group of Tysons in McLean, Virginia.
Dr. Nahlah has been a practicing dentist in California since 2003. In 2013, he moved to Northern Virginia to practice dentistry.
In 2013, The American Board of Prosthodontics Awarded Dr. Nahlah the most prestigious award in the field: “Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics."
Dr. Nahlah has enjoyed practicing as a specialist in prosthodontic dentistry focusing on esthetic dentistry, implant dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, and smile makeovers. He has lectured extensively on the subject of smile design and dental implants, and he has several publications in national and international scientific journals.
However, Dr. Nahlah is not one to hide his talents or his knowledge from others, In fact, he frequently takes time from his practice to help new dentists in their continuing education. He is respected by many of his peers as an outgoing individual eager to better the profession he works in.
Dr. Nahlah's primary focus is practicing dentistry and caring for his patients and improving their lives. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He often likes to unwind with activities such as motorcycle riding, hiking, and boating and has recently gotten hooked on Peloton cycling.
